The Long Way Back

Some roads feel shorter while entering them, then strangely heavier the moment it’s time to turn around.

A curved road can fool a traveler.

The deeper the turn goes, the prettier the lights become. Billboards glow like promises. Windows sing. The night feels endless in the best way.

So the traveler keeps driving.

Then one quiet moment arrives. A glance at the rearview mirror.

The road behind is still there. Just smaller now.

And somehow, the road back feels longer than the road that led away.

Tintin Travels for Peace

Tintin’s adventure shows how World Tourism Day reminds us that respect and peace can travel with us.

World Tourism Day • September 27

Tintin: “Snowy, did you know it’s World Tourism Day?”

Snowy: “Tourism? That means more walking, doesn’t it?”

Tintin: “It means more than travel. This year’s theme is about peace—seeing the world through each other’s eyes.”

Snowy: “Peace is good… as long as there’s food at every stop!”

Tintin: “Ha! Well, maybe peace begins with sharing a meal, too.”
