Use What We Have for Good • Wed.11.04.26

Having more is not always the problem. The question is what place those things hold in our lives.

There is nothing wrong with owning things or working to provide a comfortable life. Problems arise when our possessions become more important than the people around us. We may need to keep what we have because of our responsibilities, but we can still use it with generosity and care. By managing our resources wisely and considering the needs of others, we give our possessions a purpose beyond our own comfort.

Prayer for Freedom from Attachment

Lord, help us appreciate what we have without becoming attached to it. Teach us to manage our resources wisely, remain generous, and use what we own for the good of others. Amen.

A prayer a day, keeps the soul from drifting away.
