Witness God’s Love Together • Sun.05.10.26

Love is a verb. When we serve others, we are translating God’s heart into a language the world can understand.

The world isn’t looking for more speeches— it’s looking for people who live out the love of Jesus in real time. We want our lives to be a “truth in action” rather than just “word or speech.”

This witness starts with the most humble service—the kind asked of us by the person sitting right next to us. When we serve each other, we make God’s love visible.

Today, let’s skip the big declarations and focus on one quiet, humble act of service for someone in our immediate circle.

✝️ Our Prayer for Witness

Lord, make our actions speak louder than our words. Help us to witness Your love through the way we serve those closest to us today. Amen.

Be Open to God’s Love • Fri.05.08.26

We cannot fill a hand that is already clenched. To receive God’s riches, we must first learn to let go.

We are called to be witnesses of love right in the middle of our busy lives—in our offices, our schools, and our neighborhoods. To do this, we need to practice a bit of spiritual “detachment.”

For us, this doesn’t mean ignoring the world, but letting go of the clutter in our hearts so we have room for the immense riches of God’s kingdom. When we aren’t clinging to our own plans, we are finally open to His.

Today, let’s identify one thing we are gripping too tightly—a plan, a worry, or an opinion—and let it go to make space for God’s love.

✝️ Our Prayer for Openness

Lord, help us to live in this world without being consumed by it. Give us the grace to detach from our own small desires so we can receive the fullness of Your love. Amen.
