A hospital can have expensive machines, beautiful rooms, air-conditioning, glowing screens, and the latest technology.
None of that means much when there are not enough nurses available to properly care for actual human beings.
Because healthcare is still human work.
A patient does not remember the model number of a machine.
They remember the person who responded fast, stayed calm, noticed the problem early, or simply refused to give up on them during a difficult night.
That part still saves lives.
