When people leave, they leave something behind.

Christ left His teachings. The example of His life. The witness of those who followed Him.
But He did not stop there.
The Eucharist is not simply a gift from the past. It is His way of remaining with His people.
That is why Corpus Christi holds such a special place in the Church. It celebrates a presence, not a memory.
A presence that can be received and carried into everyday life.
