Sporty Snoopy University

A playful reminder that mixing games with learning builds more than skills—it builds character that lasts.

September 20: International Day of University Sport

Charlie Brown sits with a book. Snoopy dribbles a ball. Lucy kicks, Linus cheers.

It looks like play, but it’s also learning.

Since 2015, UNESCO and FISU remind us: sports and study belong together.

Not just games. Not just grades. Both build a better you.

So every September 20, we celebrate.
Play. Learn. Share.

So grab your book, grab the ball, and join the game. Ready, get set… No? Hit play below.

Erin Brockovich: The World Won’t Clean Itself

One woman, one message, five fingers raised—sometimes it only takes enough hands to start cleaning the world.

World Cleanup Day • September 20 • Strive for Five

[Scene: Erin facing a skeptical town hall crowd, papers in hand]

Resident:
Erin, do you really think a handful of us can change anything? The world’s too big, the trash is everywhere.”

Erin:
You’re right, the trash is everywhere—piled in rivers, dumped in fields, choking our towns. But change doesn’t start with everybody—it starts with enough bodies. That’s why this year, the world’s pushing for a simple goal: Strive for Five. Five percent of people rolling up their sleeves, picking up the waste, refusing to look away. Five percent is all it takes to shake the giants.

Because when five becomes ten, and ten becomes millions… suddenly, the world’s not too big anymore. Suddenly, it’s our backyard, and we’re the ones cleaning it. Let’s start today, September 20—World Cleanup Day.”
