Love grows when we step out of ourselves and take the first step toward others. Serving freely—even when it costs something—opens the heart to God’s presence. In this way, Jesus leads us into a deeper peace, a clearer light, and a joy that lasts.

Lord, You came to serve. Forgive us when we turn inward and forget our neighbour. Thank You for inviting us to love first. Help us choose selfless love that brings us closer to You. Amen.
