Be There for Others • Sun.08.23.26

Love becomes generous when it notices a need and chooses to respond.

God’s love does not wait for someone to deserve it or ask for it. We can reflect that love by taking the first step, being generous and supportive, and noticing where another person needs care. What we have received from God, whether natural gifts or spiritual gifts, can become a way of filling a need without waiting for anything in return.

Prayer for Generosity

Father, teach us to notice where love is needed and to respond without keeping score. Help us share what we have received from You with open hearts and willing hands. Amen.

A prayer a day, keeps the soul from drifting away.
